All staff have appropriate training & experience which is reviewed on a regular basis as part of staff appraisal. Surveyors are trained to BOHS P402 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying (or equivalent).
Staff are given sufficient time to produce effective, clear and high quality reports
Re-inspection of properties is undertaken on a random sample basis to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
All asbestos surveys are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety Executive guidance HSE HSG 264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide. Inspection records are held on file for a minimum of 6 years.

All reports, management programs and abatement contract & tender documents are checked and 'signed off' by a senior member of staff.
