Quality Assurance

• All staff have appropriate training & experience which is reviewed on a regular basis as part of staff appraisal. Surveyors are trained to BOHS P402 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying (or equivalent).
• Staff will be given sufficient time to produce effective, clear and high quality reports
• Re-inspection of property is undertaken on a random sample basis to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
• All asbestos surveys are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety Executive guidance HSE MDHS 100 Surveying, sampling and assessment of asbestos-containing materials. Inspection records are held on file for a minimum of 6 years.
• PHH Environmental (UK) Ltd is proud of its service and constantly monitors its approach to ensure independence, impartiality and integrity.
• All reports, management programs and abatement contract & tender documents are checked and 'signed off' by a senior member of staff.
• The Company has adopted ISO 17020 (EN 45004) as the standard to measure its services against and is committed to meet ISO 17020 in all areas.
• All laboratory work is undertaken by a laboratory accredited to ISO 17025.
• As part of the Pinchin Group and as a subsidiary of PHH Environmental in Canada, PHH Environmental (UK) Ltd can provide a Parent Company Guarantee for its work if required by clients. PHH Environmental (UK) Ltd has access to the Group's extensive technical resources.
