Craegmoor are the UK’s largest independent provider of care and support to adults and younger people with a range of specialist needs.
Following competitive tender PHH Environmental (UK) Ltd was appointed in 2006 on a 3 year contract to provide asbestos consultancy services to Craegmoor Healthcare. These services include the survey and production of asbestos registers & management plans for all of the residential property, with project management of any necessary asbestos abatement. PHH has also been commissioned to provide 24/7 password protected access to the asbestos registers for Craegmoor's contractors and staff via www.asbestoscheck.co.uk

First Choice Housing Association provides accommodation for people with learning and sensory disabilities many of whom have additional physical disabilities or behaviour which challenge services. First Choice also provides respite and emergency intervention accommodation for adults and children throughout Wales. The aim for all First Choice's accommodation is to be “ordinary homes in ordinary streets”. First Choice currently work in 17 local authorities in Wales and in Shropshire, England
Following competitive tender in 2006 PHH Environmental (UK) Ltd was commissioned by First Choice to carry out a Type 2 survey of its residential property. Following the survey we produced an Asbestos Register & Management plan to allow First Choice to meet its legal obligations. As a forward thinking organization, First Choice commissioned PHH to provide 24/7 password protected access to the Asbestos Register via www.asbestoscheck.co.uk The Asbestos Register was also provided to First Choice as a bespoke MS Excel spreadsheet to allow it to amend the data following re-inspection.
